Effects of Bacillus velezensis GUAL210 control on edible rose black spot disease and soil fungal community structure

Introduction Rose black spot is an economically important disease that significantly decreases flower yield. Fungicide and biological control are effective approaches for controlling rose spot. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect application chemical agents, including Bacillus velezensis (GUAL210), sp . (LKW) fungicide (CP) on rhizosphere fungal community structure edible rose. Methods In study, R. chinensis ‘Crimson Glory' taken as research object, field experiment designed by randomized block design. contained 3 treatments (CP, GUAL210, LKW) 1 control. growth promoting were compared. composition diversity soil different studied high-throughput sequencing method. composition, correlation environmental factors differences in metabolic pathways related analyzed, between explored. Results discussion Both incidence index differed among groups (LKW < GUAL210 CP CK), exhibited no significant difference LKW (60.96% 63.86%, respectively). Ascomycota Basidiomycota accounted more than 74% total abundance, abundance highest CK, followed LKW, which consistent with occurrence each group. analysis showed HSERMETANA-PWY experimental group lower Shannon PCoA from Trichoderma, Paraphaeosphaeria, Suillus, Umbelopsis Galerina replaced Mortierella, Pestalotiopsis, Ustilaginoidea, Paraconiothyrium, Fusarium , Alternaria dominant flora, played a nonneglectable role reducing occurrence. had impact disease. crucial establishing environment-friendly ecological agriculture. has promising prospects development, may be good substitute agents.
